or WZC but you give us no clues about what you have done, what your setup it

Are you sure that the router doesn't have MAC filtering enabled? Even
when the filtering is enabled, the network will appear as an unsecured
network (assuming you don't have WPA or WEP enabled). If the wireless
card's MAC is not in the router's filter list then the card will not
be allowed to connect to the network.

Yes, i m sure that MAC filtering is not enabled.
I guess there is problem with my calibration data.
I am double checking it.
And also, still i cannot able to disable WLAN in boot up.
with my first boot every time WLAN is enbled by default, here i want
to disable it by default,
user have to enable from wireless manager.
