The problem was on the hardware side. During power on a pullup kept the USB
D+ high which again made the PC (host USB) detect the cable and started to
communicat. When no respons it gave up.
Soluting was to do as described in the PXA255 manual using a GPIO-pin to
trigg the high signal after the target had started.
