[SM502 display IC] Changing Resolution of LCD + VGA independently.

Display: 2 way - LCD (640x480), VGA OUT
Regarding: Silicon Motion display IC - SM502 Supporting different resolution in LCD and VGA out.
Current condition Can display using SM502 driver in LCD + VGA simultaneously - (upto 1280x1024).
Problem:
Unable to find a way to change resolution of LCD & VGA independently. Display frames from LCD (primary display) are used to display in VGA out.
Driver source Vendor supplied & customized to fit out dev. board.
Question Anyone have tried to achieve different resolutions for LCD and VGA ?.. How ? using which method ?
