KITL communications aborted

Hi All,
Let me see if I can explain what is going on,
WINCE 5.0
I have a USB keyboard plugged into my USB host hardware
If I build a release version without KITL put it on my "harddrive" the
system boots just fine,
If I build a release version with KITL (load it via KITL) it boots just
fine,
If I build a debug version the system hangs (Kitl communications lost...)
it happens as soon as I get an EHCI interrupt, I have a breakpoint inside
the IST thread right after the waitforsingleobject and I get there, but
thats it, system hangs and I loose kitl communications.
my KITL ethernet is IRQ 10 my USB uses IRQ 11 (both PCI devices...)
If disconnect the USB keyboard(or any USB device really) and then boot
via KITL the system boots just fine and then if I plug my USB device
after the system is up in everything works,
Any help, pointers ?
