Remove drivers from BSP to reduce Windows CE image size.

You are mentioning in your blog article "Adding and removing KITL
drivers in x86 BSPs" that it is possible to remove drivers from a BSP
to reduce size of the final image. But you do not mention how this is
performed.

Do I need to go through the registry, dirs files, source files and cec
files as well to really be sure of that the driver and all related
information has been removed?
