Re: Cannot Install QFE!!

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

There are no monthly updates for CE6 R2. There's one set of updates, the
Update Rollup. That's the *ONLY* set of updates to R2, no monthly updates
at all. Any monthly QFEs that you've installed after installing R2 are
probably either ignored, or have broken your install. The correct set of
steps now is probably to uninstall everything, delete the PB and WINCE
folders after uninstalling, and start over. Simply install CE6, CE6SP1, and
R2, then the single set of R2 updates.

Yes, you can't somehow go back and install QFEs from before R2 to a
R2-modified installation (they're already *in* R2, so why would you want
to
anyway?) There's one set of updates to R2 which you can download. Other
than that, you don't need any patches to R2.

Hi,

I have installed WinCE 6.0 in my machine. Recently i downloaded the
november
QFE update, but i cant install. When i tried a message box is coming
with
'Target processor not found' message.

But i've installed target processor (x86 and ARM). So i tried with the
previously installed november update. It is installing. Whats the
problem
with this??

I've installed PB R2 package also.

Mekas
