FAT32 supports partitions far larger than 32GB (I assume you meant that
instead of 32MB). The 32GB limit refers to WindowsXP's ability to *create*
a FAT32 partition, although XP can use the larger partitions. CE can create
the bigger partitions, and it can use them. I believe the limit in CE is
something like 130-140GB based on the way it addresses the drives.

Hello
Can WinCE support large storage like 120 GB HD use FAT32 or NTFS ?
If not how large ssize hould we divide it into smaller partitions ?
FAT32 should support 32MB partitions at most but you may split your
storage in four partitions to use the whole 120GB space.
NTFS is not supported on CE.
On CE 6 you may use exFAT that is able to handle 120GB in a single
partition.
If you have to keep both data and OS or application files on the same
storage device you may consider the idea of having a small FAT
partition with the OS files that you can even not mount it inside the
OS if you keep everything inside the OS image or that you can mount as
hidden and another big exFAT partition for data.
