Infamous DHCP was unable to obtain an IP address issue.

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I've searched the groups, and I understand why I'm getting the popup:

"DHCP was unable to obtain an IP address"

but I need to suppress this notification, as it hangs my application
startup. This is on a Windows CE 5.0 device that has dual networks.
The problem is that my application *may* use both networks, but it
depends on the target customer. So, I'm in a don't care situation.

Reading the msdn documentation, I see that each adapter has a
DhcpRetryDialogue registry key, but there is a note that indicates the
value is ignored. The suggestion to reconnect the network is weak -
we're embedded in factory equipment. Surely there is a way to disable
this?
