I'm going to go the NAT way, most definately, the other option is just way
too messy. As far as the mental effort required for me? that would be pretty
high, I've never really done anything like this before, nor do I know where
to look. If you had some resources on the matter, I'd love to hear about
them.

My sentiments exactly!

I can't judge about the mental cost of doing NAT and making your CE box act
as a gateway (but there is a gateway sample 'platform' that you can select
when building your CE device), never having had a requirement for it.

I've included the "Sample Gateway GUI" in my build, but I don't think that
helped anything... Where woudl I find the sample gateway 'platform'?
