CE4.2 enables you to setup a secured environment where only sgned binaries
can run (so you can't install any other DLL/EXE without having them signed).
You can also setup different security levels (signing the application to
enable full access to the OS or only to non critical APIs).
If it's not enough, I'd recommand you build your own application that manage
your custom security requirements, on top of the security implemented by CE
that I've just described.

I have a device running under WinCE 4.2 and an application is
installed there, and this application supposedly blocks all access to
the WinCE,so that end user can see only the application and should not
be able to access anything else in OS but the client is still able to
enter WinCE by one way or other by making the application crash.
Is there anyway I can add some security like the administrator can
only access the OS level only and clients can access only the
application.
