Can I include Lmemdebug.dll in production devices

Hi,

I want to modify and include the sample lmemdebug.dll on production
devices, to enable us to deal with customer's onsite memory leak
problems in a better and faster way. Does Microsoft allows to ship
devices with Lmemdebug.dll?
