Hmm... I know that my firewall is turned off completely with regard to

port, so that can't be the answer.
My debug port just asserts that the uboot is shooting out the packets
every
second(all of which look like the packet I first posted)
Honestly, I'm not even booted into WCE yet, that is the UBOOT sending out
those packets, and waiting for the runtime image to be uploaded into it.

Probably there is error after that.
Also see the debug message on your device (which are sent out of the
debug Serial port).
