Oh, I just think it is easier to copy/paste a few lines of the pbxml than to
add it using the GUI. I am old fashioned that way.
We don't have multiple copies of the code, we use our version control to
manage one set of code and just put it in multiple places on the hard disk
to build it.

Hello Bruce
Thanks again, it appears its always you, who knows the solution.
I copied the cloned calibrui into the other workspace directory and called
"Project\Insert\Existing Project" to add it to the workspace.
It worked without any modification, so I don't know, why you have to
modify the pbxml file.
I don't like to copy the same source to different places, but if this is
the only way to do it, then its ok.

We also tried, but with no success. The problem is that GWEs is build
prior to your BSP. That wasn't the case in 4.x, where the BSP did the
linking to create gwes.exe.
I just copy the Calibrui to the new project and cut and past the relevant
lines from one pbxml to the other.

Hello all
What I have:
- My own BSP called MyBSP
- One workspace for testing called TreiberTest
- One workspace for our device called DeviceWS
In workspace TreiberTest I have cloned CalibrUI according to the online
help.
This resulted in a directory
E:\WINCE500\PBWorkspaces\TreiberTest\CalibrUi.
The cloned version runs ok in this workspace (one minor problem still to
solve).
Now I want this cloned version to run on the workspace DeviceWS and
maybe on some others in the next future.
So I copied E:\WINCE500\PBWorkspaces\TreiberTest\CalibrUi to
E:\WINCE500\PLATFORM\MyBSP\CalibrUi and added this to the workspace
DeviceWS by selecting "Project/Insert/Existing Project" from the menu.
If I now sysgen DeviceWS, I get the error message
NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make
'E:\WINCE500\PBWorkspaces\DeviceWS\WINCE500\MyBSP_ARMV4I\oak\lib\ARMV4I\retail\calibrui_clone.lib'
How to resolve this?
Is there another recommended way to clone calibrUI and to add it as a
component to a BSP?
My goal is to end up with a cloned calibrUI as part of my BSP, which I
can "Add to OS Design" to every platform (workspace) derived from MyBSP.
PD5.0, ARM
TIA
