Re: WZC wizard fails to start - Windows CE 5

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi Paul,

thanks for the tip. I have looked into my ceconfig.h and see most of components in yuor list below, except this one - CE_MODULES_ZCLOG.

What does this one do and where it comes from ? Or it's not applicable to CE 5 maybe ?

Maybe you've left out a component of WZC?

How to tell ? Since there no such component in Windows CE 5 catalog as wzc, do you know a way to list all of its dependants ?

You could look at ceconfig.h in the flat release folder and make sure that all of the right values are set. In 4.2, I'd check:

CE_MODULES_WZCSVC
CE_MODULES_WZCSAPI
CE_MODULES_ZCLOG
CE_MODULES_NETUI
maybe CE_MODULES_NETMUI
CE_MODULES_NDISUIO
