This is because each CEPC's is identifying itself to the PB debugger
interface as the same device (even if each identifies themselves
differently when they get their DHCP addresses). You should set the
device ID on each of the CEPC's registries to be different.

I was now development a windows ce driver on cepc, and my colleague
also does the same thing. All computers of our company are connected
to the same LAN, including my working PC, target PC and his. And the
connectivity option of PB was set correctly (set to the different
device boot name).
However, we found that our cepc were making some Interference. When
one of us reset cepc and run eboot, the other one's connection to his
cepc might be destoried, no matter that his was downloading image or
debuging via ethernet.
Now we both install a additional PCI ethernet card, remove our cepc
from public LAN, and direct connect them to these additional cards
respectively. But I don't think this is a good solution, could anybody
tell me why this happen and how to avoid it?
