some thought.
you don't need a default gateway for local area connection 6,
if you have a activesync device plugged in, remove it.
the ip of the target board is 192.168.0.x right?

after plugging in, your pc has a new interface.
maybe you have a 100m ethernet for company network, and you will have a
USB
networking device for your target board
use different subnet for your company network and usb network is better.

Hi,
My device plug directly to my PB machine. and configure the RNDIS
network
use static IP.
my board addr: 192.168.0.2, submask: 255.255.255.0
my pc addr for RNDIS : 192.168.0.4, submask: 255.255.255.0

if your platform builder is in another computer, use windows internet

if your device plug directly to your platform builder machine, you
need
to
config a ip address for the usb network interface.
you may see it as local area network 2 or so.

Hello,
software: wince5.
Hi. My eboot uses USB RNDIS to download the OS image into the
target.
The
initialization works, as you can see from the following output:

The problem is the following: I am not able to download the image
via
Platform Builder, that is, when i click on Attach Device and the
download
dialog appears, nothing happens. What can I do?
By the sniffing of the netork interface used to connect PC and
target I
can
see:
- target sends broadcast packet on UDP (srcport 980 dstport 980)
- host replys with UDC packet (srcport 1853 dstport 980)
The funny thing is that I tried 3 other pc, and only one (it is not
mine
so
i do not know its configuratiuon) works.Any idea?
I heard someone had resolve this problem: it was necessary to
install a
NAT
table on my ethernet nic.
How to install NAT table on nic?
Thankyou very much!
Albert
