It would be very surprising if a PXA2xx drvlib had anything to do with the
2440 target CPU. This is not a CPU Core issue, but more likely peripherals.

What does "i just referred the code smdk2410.." mean? If you mean from the
SMDK2410 BSP in CE 4.2, then it has a drvlib and you should use it. From
the looks of it, it is used by the touch driver to communicate with the
CODEC.

XSCALE also supports ARMV4I, and you can try to port drvlib from WinCE4.2
to your BSP first.
