I want to create my own BSP which contains hardware specific dvice
drivers. I am using PB5.

The following is what I did:
1. Cloned Intel PXA27x BSP
2. Removed device drivers from it and added my own device drivers.
3. Created a new PB selecting my new BSP
4. Added my device drivers to the PB
5. Built the OS

My problem is my device drivers are not built and include in the
OS.

Check .bib and .reg files, as suggested and also check that the
directories that you added to your BSP to build additional drivers
are included in the dirs file of the containing folder.
If you included them as PB projects or as separate catalog items
(not under your BSP), you may not need to add them to the BSP build
process (but you'll have to remember to add them to new platforms
that use the BSP or you may get errors if the platform.bib of your
BSP references them).
