NDIS IM binding question Please help.

Under CE4.2/5.0, is the following supported?

Our PXA255 based system has two NIC interface one NE2000, one CISCO
350.
If we use the sample passthru IM driver, can we ask NDIS bind only
CISCO 350
miniport to the passthru IM?

In other words, we would like passthru IM inserted only for CISCO 350
but not for NE2000. Can this be done via registry config only?
