I found out a strange thing. All DBGMSG right packets (sent by WinCE
inside
the resource kit) have a debug message with 00 at the end. Packets send
by my
device have messages without this ending character. Could that be the
problem? Yes, It can be a nonsense, but I try everything. And can I
somehow
influence it?



The messages should be null terminated.

Can you post a network capture of the connection attempt?

The debugger service connection attempts from PB are probably unrelated.
PB is quite persistent about trying to get a connection to the device and
will retry every few seconds to establish a connection with KD on the
device. You can stop this by going to the Target Configuration dialog and
setting the Debugger to None instead of KDstub.
