That indicates the erase failed. It also indicates that you aren't "tried
to use 2nd 64 MB flash " But instead, you are in the middle of both parts,
as the status shows a read from two parts, not one.
Did you unlock the entire flash?

Hi Bruce,
When i tried to use 2nd 64 MB flash part while erasing that part i am
getting
following errors.
1.ERROR: FlashErase: status register returned 0x00d000d0.
2.ERROR: FlashErase: unrecoverable failure encountered while erasing
flash.
System halted!
Please help me in this regard.

But still i am unable to use 128 MB flash (I can able to use 64 MB
only).Can
