Yes, Windows CE 5.0 supports Kerberos Version 5. You will need set
SYSGEN_AUTH_KERBEROS to enable it.

Hello everybody,
our customer asks us to integrate kerberos 5 into the kernel. Does
anybody know if Windows CE 5.0 supports kerberos 5 and
if not what's the difference between kerberos 5 and the kerberos in CE
5.0.
