Did you target the emulator platform in your build?
Do you have a debugger configured, like kdstub?
What about your kitl settings?

After making the image, and set "transport" and "download" in the kernel
service map in "target->connectivity option"
to emulator, I tried to attach my device, but got following message:
Failed to connect debug message service! Please check the transport
settings.
Transport service failed to connect
Warning: One or more services failed to connect. Make sure that the
service is properly configured.
I appreciate your help.
