DirectDraw CETK 1250 ColorKeyOverlay Blt aborted in WinCE6.0

When I run directdraw CETK,
The 1250 "ColorKeyOverlay Blt" and case 1350 "ColorKeyOverlay Blt" are
passed in WinCE5.0 but are aborted in WinCE6.0,

The test results of 1250 and 1350 in WinCE6.0 show
### SetColorKey returned hr=DDERR_NOCOLORKEYHW
(0x887600D7) [FILE: ddtestkit_modifiers.cpp LINE: 748]

How to debug it from this information?
