I try to call to this file in my platform.bat file, to update the
environment, when I change from release to debug version or viceversa. to
get the %WINCEDEBUG% with the correct value.
If you do not call to pbinitenv.bat the %WINCEDEBUG% is not set correctly
when you change between release to debug mode and viceversa.
Huh? the build tools take care of setting that correctly from the IDE and
you provide it to WINCE.bat from command line builds. Why do you think you
need to be mucking about with that manually?
