STANDARD SDK 6.0 ?

In CE4.2, there is a STANDARD_SDK.exe for 4.2
In CE5.0, there is a STANDARD_SDK.exe for 5.0

But why there is no STANDARD_SDK.exe for 6.0.

I don't know how to make my VC++ smartdevice application.
IDoes it exist?
