Including serial driver is not the only requirement
to get it working. Make sure *all* the required
components have been included into your OS design, all
the required registry settings have been added, and
make sure that your serial driver is correctly recognizing
and reporting the NOTIFICATION_EVENT_RS232_DETECTED
event.
