Double check the timings, clocks etc. Also are
there any other peripherals intensively used?
While this may look not related, but what else
do you have on the board?

Hello Voidcoder,.
Thankyou for the reply and yes also for forwarding the link.
I have chosen conversion from 32bpp to 18bpp. The conversion seems to have happen well, the desktop can be seen however i see a lot of flickers on the LCD.
I am using TFT QVGA Display.
320 * 240
32 BPP.
Could you help me sort out the issue.
Regards,
Ann

My own opinion is that any solution to get 18bpp
mode working on PXA (except of supported by the LCD
controller 8-to-18bpp hardware color lookup)
will lead to a good performance lost...
Anurag wrote:Hello Everybody,
We are using the available LQ057Q3DC02 Display Driver(WINCE500\PUBLIC\COMMON\OAK\CSP\ARM\INTEL\PXA27X\DISPLAY\PXA27X_LCD).
The driver implementations are for 16 bpp and has no support for 24 BPP i.e., the Gwes supports 24 Bpp support but the existing Driver does not have support for the same.
Our hardware supports 18BPP and we plan to convert the 24bpp to 18bpp.
Could someone guide us how to incorporate the 24 BPP support in the existing display driver.
Thankyou,
Ann
