My OAL is almost the genuine CEPC one where, AFAIK, there is no support for IOCTL_HAL_SYSINTR_NETWORK. I am pleased to learn that the DEBUGCHK is really harmless in this case.

All my NICs are PCI, either Intel 8255X or Atheros WiFi (AR5212) on a miniPCI board. The PCI configuration is such that I can't choose separate interrupts for these 3 NICs: interrupt sharing is thus mandatory.

I made a port to 4.2 of the E100BEX driver given in 5.0. Operated alone, this driver appears to work perfectly.
The Atheros driver comes from Atheros and I ported it from XP to Windows CE 4.2 (and 5.0)

Problems begin when I make a mixture of at least one 8255X (E100BEX) and another chip (either 8255X or Atheros.)
The double-Ethernet configuration freezes almost immediately after the IP interface of the second instance has been activated.
The Ethernet + WiFi configuration works at first glance, but soon freezes when doing FTP transfers on the Ethernet (WiFi interface connected.)

Please note that using the E100CE driver from Intel allows the Ethernet + WiFi pair to work perfectly. Unfortunately, double instantiation of this E100CE driver seems to be problematic (that's why I did the E100BEX port to 4.2).
Also note that the full configuration (2 Ethernet + 1 WiFi) works without problem under Windows CE 5.0. This is the main reason why I don't really suspect a hardware issue.
