Windows CE royalties

Could someone tell me if adding ActiveSync component (in my Windows CE 5.0
OS image) implies to increase what I have to pay (royalties) for each device
sold? (I can't find all about royalties on the Web: could you kindly help
me, please?)

When I generate my Windows CE OS image, can I know *automatically* what's
the class (and than the cost) for each device sold?

If I sell my Windows CE device together a CD-ROM containing ActiveSync
program (to install it into your PC), have ave I to pay for it, too?
