Yes, after a serious debug work i've discovered that debug serial port is "bouncing" (sometimes works, sometimes not). I've forwarded problem to my hardware developer. Hardware boot loads and call eboot.nb0, but perhaps hard boot is not doing all well. I've changed to other serial ports and none works.
