USB KITL

I am attempting to conect to a CE 5.0 image via USB. My ultimate goal
is to monitor the performance of this device under network load. So,
yes it does have an Ethernet port, but I would rather not use it for
sending performance information to my development PC, as I am testing
on the Ethernet port. The device is a CPU evaluation board. I am
attempting to qualify this CPU for a new product we are working on.
The CPU is a 200Mhz ARM processor, that is also responsible for display
and network.

When I set my connectivity settings (under target) to Download:
Ethernet, Transport: USB, I get the following error when I attempt to
connect:
(CoreCon) 08:31:44 09/20/2006 Central Daylight Time: Failed to
connect the download service
(CoreCon) 08:31:44 09/20/2006 Central Daylight Time: Download service
failed to connect
(CoreCon) 08:31:44 09/20/2006 Central Daylight Time: Warning: One or
more services failed to connect. Make sure that the service is
properly configured.

I assume that I need something else running on the CE device, but I am
unsure what that is.
