Nope, no free support with eval version. Just buy PB for CE 5.0, and you'll get 2 free support calls with your PB license key (don't let the support guys turn you down on that one, search for "free support incident" in this newsgroup).

I try to run wince4.2 version of the repllog.
The crash does not occur and desktop side
complains about activesync version mismatch.
I am using only eval version of the wince 5.0 .
I guess there is no free support in my case.

incident with MS on this one. They can tell you exactly what the
DEBUGCHK is, and that probably gives you a clue in what direction to
look. I still suspect it is the USB function driver, but with these call
stacks it is impossible to say...
