You need to include some registry setting that provided by the
M-System.

hi all,
I'v just create my Windows CE 5 platform. I've included in my
platform the driver of M-System for DiskOnChip. Why in explorer
does not appear DiskOnChip disk ?
If it uses a different filesystem you may need to add it to your
platform or, at least, you may need to add the FAT file system if it
has not already been included in your platform.
Check if the component already provides a .reg file or if you've to
add some keys to your regfile to load the driver and set up it's
parameters (io address of the device etc.).
If you added the storage manager control panel applet to your
platform you may be able to see the DiskOnChip device and partition
and format it to be able to use it inside CE.
If you don't have the applet in your platform, you may use the remote
registry editor to check if the disk-on-chip device has been loaded
and activated (you'll find a key under HKLM\Drivers\Active.
If the driver was not activated you have to check the debug output of
your platform and look for error messages displayed after the driver
dll has been loaded.
If there is no "load" message for the driver, check that the keys
needed to load it are in the registry (you may use the remote
registry editor or open reginit.ini inside your FLATRELEASEDIR).
