adding jpeg file into the platform

Hi Group
I have build one image using emulator x86 with the help of MSDN. It worked
properly.
Now I want to add my any .jpeg file to my build. Pls guid me how to do so.
I mean I want to add anything as per my requirement (say I want to change my
desktop background), so how would I proceed for that.
