Hi All,
The problem is solved.
I returned True out of "DeviceCheckForHang"
for some reason the WinCE started decreasing the systems memory 4k per
second, and it was stuck in that position, until the cable was
replugged.
now i only use this function as a periodic timer, and only send ndis
disconnect/connect message without interfering with the Hang boolean.
