WM5: PNPUnloadDelay and suspend problem

I have some problems with suspend mode on Windows Mobile 2005: if standby
remains for a long time when I reactivate the device, an error occurs. If
standby remains for a short time (a few minutes) resume works well.

Are there differecens between WM2003 and WM2005 suspend mode?

IYHO, could the problems related to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\PNPUnloadDelay value?
