Remove the shell and launch your custom app through the launch50 registry
key.
If what you want is a shell (and not only an app), then have a look at
taskman (\WINCE500\PUBLIC\WCESHELLFE\OAK\TASKMAN) which is a basic shell
implementation (no taskbar, no icon...).

I am developing an application on x86 platform in windoes CE .And I am
using
Platform Builder 5.0. I dont want the default desktop when i start my
application. I expect my application will start directly when i boot the
board.
Now I am starting the application using launch key. But it shows Desktop
task bar and all. If I am hiding the Taskbar also it appear when i move
the
curser to the bottom.
How can i disable the Taskbar fully. Eventhough the default desktop is not
there, it will work for me.
Thanks
Jackson
