Well, it looks like that's not going to happen, unless you're willing to
license LEAP from Cisco. Maybe you can find an EAP DLL for EAP-FAST from
Cisco and use that. I don't know if you usually have to separately enable
that on the Cisco APs or not, but it might be on by default...
