Thanks for having a look on my problem.

The development board sends correctly all BOOTME frames.
I have check it with an IP sniffer tool (Ethereal) to be sure that frame are
correctly received on my PC.
The frame is an broadcast UDP frame.
source port :980
dest port :980

I have also noticed some errors from CESVCHOSTlogged in my PC events
