Selecting ActiveSync serial port

The board I'm using has two serial ports. COM1 has full handshaking and
COM2 has none. When I manually start repllog.exe it tries to use COM2. I
know that this is controlled by the RAS phone book entry 'Desktop @ 19200',
but I can not find where I can change which COM ports this entry will use.
I also can not find anything that will let me create or edit a phone book
entry.
