The build system has changed from CE 4.2 to CE 5.0 and cec files no
longer contain build information (to allow you to build everything from
both the IDE and the command line).
Since you've only to add some files to the image, you may use Mike
Hall's Windows CE file wizard (I hope that it will be included in a QFE
and embedded in the IDE since it's very useful and I never find the URL
to download it when I suggest to use it to someone...).
