extract file from nk.bin / nb0

Hi,

I'm having the imgdecmp.dll problem and I'm trying to extract it from an
nk.bin I made (for some reason it doesn't boot on the device) - what tool
can I use? (although I've seen contrary opinions online I remember seeing a
tool that could list / extract the contents of an nk.bin)
