Re: Issue when changing IP address from Static to DHCP

Hi Paul,

Sorry for the very late reply. The IP address of my desktop computer is
10.10.0.x. When the device boots, it now gets an ip address assigned to it,
and it is 10.10.0.y. I dont know how it booted to a static ip address
before... Anyway, i use "Windows CE Remote Management Tool" to log into the
device's network configuration. In "Device Management"->"Configure Network"
is has the following info:

LAN90001:
- DHCP enabled
- IP Adress: 10.10.0.188
- Subnet: 255.255.255.0
- DNS1: 10.10.0.a
- DNS2: 10.10.0.b

USB Cable:
- DHCP disabled
- IP Address: 192.168.55.101
- Subnet 255.255.255.0
- DNS1: 127.0.0.1

I try to run the server on my desktop and the client on the pxa board and it
doesn't work properly. I then changed the ip address of the device to static
(192.168.0.21) and ran it again - it worked great. I hope i have given you
the info you asked for. Thanks.
