Question on CEC File ( Need defconfig equalent )??

Hi,
I am a newbie in Windows CE world!, I want to make a CEC file such that when
I select the platfom all the drivers required for that platfrom must be build
with out selecting from catalog? How do I do this. I am using Windows CE 4.2

I went through documentation, I am able to build CEC file and pull
components from catalog. However I want to select these drivers by default
with platform How do I do this.
