IE sample exception in WinCE 5.0

Hi all,
With hive based images on WinCE 5.0, IESample.exe produces exceptions as
below,if the user keeps browsing for around 5-10 mins:
Exception 002 Thread=8777ad68 Proc=675bfcc2 'iesample.exe'
AKY=00000081 PC=030284ec(urlmon.dll+0x000284ec)
RA=0302950c(urlmon.dll+0x0002950
c) BVA=01f4893c
Similar kind of problem was observed in WinCE 4.2 for HIve based images
where in on opening the iesample application, we used to get "filesys.exe"
exception.
I would appreciate any suggestion on this.
