pxa270 resume from sleep (mainstone II)

Hello,
I am trying to suspend/resume our pxa270 (C5 stepping) board derived
from mainstoneII (WinCE 5.0).
The suspend seems ok but the resume procedure does not wake-up the
system.
I enabled gpio0 irq for wake source (touch screen);
touching the screen from suspend state we have:
the nReset_out signal deasserting (high),
pwr_en signal asserting (high),
13 MHz oscillator restart,
there is some activity on data bus
but the processor does not execute the StartUp function
(\WINCE500\PLATFORM\COMMON\src\ARM\INTEL\PXA27x\startup\startup.s),
I assume that function is reset vector....(?)
That suspend/resume code works ok on our pax255 board (lubbock derived)
Any idea, tips......
Thanks in advance
Best regards.
