This depends on the tool you are using to download it.
If it can handle the .bin format produced by PB, this should be ok.
If it needs a "flat" image of the memory area that should be written,
you've to use the NB0 (and NB1 etc. if your image is splitted in many
blocks, but I think this is not the case of your bootloader).
