802.11b CF WIRELESS LAN CARD CAN'T BE INSTALLED

HELLO ALL!
I have a CF card of 802.11b wireless lan and I installed it's driver on my
INTEL XScale PXA250 EVALUATION BOARD by the ActiveSync from my PC,when I
insert the card to the CF slot the platform recoginzes the CF device but
after that the platform down,it gives no response although the LCD is still
light and display the desktop, the debug message is reset the BCR and so on.
I wonder whether I operate correctly or what can I do with it?
Thanks very much!!
