I can't build a debug image, as I do not have enough flash to hold a
large debug image. MountasBootable is only set for the IPSM, nothing
else. We only have 1 pcmcia slot, so cannot debug this problem besides
inserting retailmsg's anywhere in the code. I developed a workaround
of delaying the PCMCIA driver from loading by putting a 2 second sleep
in the code, however, this causes its own problems and would like to
avoid this. I'm curious if there is another driver that I should have
loaded before the PCMCIA driver...
